SSG Lashaundra Shaw-Rankin

SSG Lashaundra Shaw-Rankin is from Dallas, Texas where her two siblings and most of her family lives.  She started her military career as a Combat Medic in 1997.  After 10 years in the medical field, she decided that she needed a change and re-enlisted to go to school to become a Broadcast Journalist.  She recently graduated from the Defense Information School at Fort  Meade, Maryland.  This is her and her husband's first tour to Germany.  SSG Rankin's interests include reading, watching Jeopardy, sports, and trying to figure out how to conquer the world.   She is also a HUGE Dallas Mavericks/Dallas Cowboys fan.  Her dream job is to work for ESPN or to steal Charles Barkley's spot working with TNT during the basketball season.
